By default it actually should have been right at 10mb. I hadn't set this in the php config, though, so you were really capped at around 2mb.

By the time you read this, you should be able to upload 10mb files, though.

If you have any further problems with getting your webm up, tell me and I'll keep looking into it for you.

/meta/ has been created. As for your extension, this is a vichan based imageboard, so you would need to check the documentation of your extension to see if that platform is supported.
